Often, when I am engrossed in a project, I will find myself with my head jutted forward and my back rounded. It doesn't take long, however, before my body tells me that something isn't quite right.<br /><br />It took some effort to train my body to recognize bad posture. I found that a timer helped. I would set the timer for 20-30 minutes and "catch " myself in less than perfect positions. Then, I would set the timer again....and again.<br /><br />Before long, my body just didn't feel right slumped.
