Most of you are sitting in front of your computer right now. Often, when I am engrossed in a project, I will find myself with my head jutted forward and my back rounded. It doesn't take long, however, before my body tells me that something isn't quite right.
It took some effort to train my body to recognize bad posture. I found that a timer helped. I would set the timer for 20-30 minutes and "catch " myself in less than perfect positions. Then, I would set the timer again....and again.
